Study Shows Exercise is Associated with Better Erectile Function

Dr. Wayland Hsiao and Dr. Chad Ritenour’s article titled Exercise is Associated with Better Erectile Function in Men Under 40 as Evaluated by the International Index of Erectile Function” was published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine in December of 2011.  The study reported improved erectile function in men under 40 with increased exercise, as well as higher rates of sexual dysfunction in sedentary men under 40.
