Emory Urology Residency for MDs

urology attendings and residents in the OR

Residency training in urology at the Emory University School of Medicine is a five-year program that includes one year of general surgery training, followed by four years of training in urologic surgery. Three-months of the general surgery year are also allocated to urology training.

Four residents per year are selected from a large applicant pool through the urology match performed by the American Urological Association (AUA).

Applications are processed through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
